Decent service, minor hiccup
I ordered a business card design and overall, I was satisfied. The designers understood my brief for the business card pretty well and delivered a good concept. My only minor issue was that it took an extra day to get the final vector files after approval. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, though. Good value for what I paid, but a bit more transparency on file delivery times would be nice.
